VIEW ON DOTPAR AWARD

Operation one-million-man march to revive reading culture in Nigeria.
Every child deserve a quality and sound Education. Education is not a privilege but an absolute right to every man. Until we inculcate the habit of reading culture and building a quality Educational system we will never develop our mind and the ability to execute our talents creativity and potential will not be to a positive maxim.(Inans Isah)
The decadence of Nigerian Educational system has no doubt left a big question in the minds of its citizens. The quest of reviving the ageing mother is a tug of war as one will look at the government happily but with an irony-eye, no doubt many has loss the interest in reading and studying for a better future as Many of our institutions lay decapitated from infrastructures, unproductive and short of good learning environment, policies and implementation. Our institutions of learning must be well equip to produce quality graduates who are not job seekers, consumers, dependant and lazy but vicious and aspiring entrepreneurs who are productive, producers, manufacturers, employers, independent and innovators to make the country proud. Can government really take the lead to confront the issues by finding a long lasting solutions and also trying  to amalgamate all collective efforts to motivate each and everyone in the society, the organised private sector and stake holders of the educational sector to improve the  quality of educational.
No doubt much has be done but seen invisible in the eyes of the society. The need to improve quality system of education is very vital as education encompass the entire Sphere of the human  society and also contribute to economical development, peace and stability of the nation. We must join hands to defeat the monster that dare the development of our educational system in any means as Dozens of graduate still roam the street of our communities seeking for job but find none, not because the are not qualify but because of the doubt of insufficient education that lead to low  productivity, many companies and firms believe the are not properly taught and expose to productive educational system.
Aside the failure of the Nigerian Educational system one question remain unanswered" do Nigerians really read books" one can learn from daily experience as the say experience is the best teacher but the truth is, book reading is far better and is the only and true teacher with the really world experience cos as one continue to read he explore more like a tourist on his quest. Reading helps the reader to uncover more opportunities and network through unlimited and un quantify volumes of ideas and better job.
The paradigm shift.
They un-celebrate Veterans Teachers, Students, Educational Bodies, Stake holders, Philanthropist and eligible individuals in our collective society is a thing of the past that contributed to the failures of education. Today a new era has began through an Award to award Edu-personalities that has contributed alot, this event is set aside to celebrate every Nigerian in the Educational sector given out Awards to promote the true Educational reading spirit, support Grass root Educational Development, encourage learning through public reading competitions and writing among students in various schools.
