 COMMUNITY ELECTRICIAN!

THE NEW ME IN A PANDEMIC WORLD.

Before the Pandemic, I was in the beautiful city of calabar in Cross River State for almost 2 years plus ENJOYING MY LIFE AS A BROADCASTER, CONTENTS PRODUCER, WRITER AND A JOURNALIST and inspiring Media Entrepreneur.. When I came back to Lagos I fell ill, seriously from the month of December  2019 run through February 22nd 2020 that I had to run several tests and decided to visits traditional medicine to get well.

I do know if it is in this period...they capital Voices would had called it COVID-19🤪🤪🤪 ISOLATE HIM... QUARANTINE HIM...may be the stigmatism would be what am trying to defeat now as we walk towards  post Covid-19 but any way Thanks to GOD for my life..

MY POINTS OF VIEW TO THIS...

In the First Month of the lockdown things were like hell for that reason I saw it as a by Governments to embezzled funds again cos later do I saw the  THREAT  not minding that its affects every systems and human beings.

In the Second Month... I discovered that the threat has become a new  MARKET opportunities for both the giant companies, Government and entrepreneurs on a level playing ground for anyone that sees to cease the opportunities..

At the Third Month it became crystal clear that it is now a GOLDEN opportunities for only the BRAVE, SMART and CREATIVE people as security officials makes millions daily from apprehending vehicles and permitting night smuggling of interstate passengers, at the other hand the Masses suffered brutality and hunger  cos I saw captains of industries  loosing their jobs and office values... I saw people that  I so much respected trekking into a new career finding any source or means of revenue without apology to feed themselves..

Finally I look inward and ask myself this is the WAR to face and proved if am a genius or not....

As i look inward I took stocks of all my Skills, Hobbies, Talents and Potentials with the speed of light.. I must survived I said to myself.... Just like I am in an interview  seeking for a do or die job. 

As I search through the profile of my resume and Cv of service to dish out what i can do for a living i also peep through the diary of the PANDEMIC at hand  and found out that only some specific and special accredited Journalist /Reporters are given permit tags to cover such event,  my fate got abandoned as there could be somany political reasons and ambitions towards this line of duties no platform for me rather than HEAR SAY THEM SAY  news flying around which I don't want to be a party to the both...But  Shame came like a taming African rising morning sun when I notices this so called special reporters were only enclose to a Government location named COVID-19 Press Briefing Centre without the real access to the information on the field.. Yes I said no TESTIMONIES from any COVID-19 common man that was ISOLATED who know one self.... 

Worse scenario; we were forced to another city of  life called the NEW NORMAL as every doors began to shutdown from normal business to no foods, seeing friends and family is a visa permit, borders of both states,  national and international were also closed tight like jar's of palm wine save for the godfathers and every media platform's singing, raining and posting the PANDEMIC joggle in the hearts of my people as if they were all expecting same August visitor. 

Since I can not differential between the FAKE and REAL news as the people and Government throw back blames, Countries and Body like the WHO / America battles each others for the reasons of the PANDEMIC... I BETTER LOOK FOR A BOAT TO SAIL TO THE SAFEST HEAVEN COS NO HOPE FOR ANY PALLIATIVES TO COME.

Ladies and gentlemen.. I convey the sole responsibility to summoned all my talents, creativity, potentials and skills to this great job  interrogation room wanting and waiting to hire  the best agent for the  job placement  to face the PANDEMIC... No be joke oooh.

In so doing, I noted one that fits inn this battle as the only weapon to win the war....."BEEN AN ELECTRICIAN'. I quickly and smartly recall it was a family business growing up in  a home of an Engineer and architect during my days. Back then in school my cousin's and i had to work in the construction sites to fed and raise money for school allowance and other merriment to followed which was supported by our uncle to do such disgraceful job as  labourers in the site.

Painfully in some instance I saw myself burning away from a corporate Media entrepreneur to a community Electrician... I continue to wander in the Amazon of my mind that I had lost values and focus on who I want to be until I saw the reappraisal and occurrence of top shorts seeking for any menials job to do then I understand that even in the battle experience Generals and professional soldiers had to improvise or camouflage to survive in any terrain or territories..

Christ! I found myself doing more than the cameloon in the jungle to adapting and adopting several strategic leading me to have a dedicated electrical shop owners business partners to empower me with the relevant information, mindsets and prices of their goods so I can deal with my client fairly.

Finally,  I also noted that things had CHANGED so I have to CHANGE also, so I visited GOOGLE and YOUTUBE to take extral lessons on how to be an  UP-TO- DATE ELECTRICIAN without any error or risk to my life and my clients too.

My PHONE never cease RINGING and FOOD nerve cease COMING.. I had fired myself severally by choosing for the values of money I will work for as people want to be my friends just to help them solve electrical problems.. I don't only do good jobs but also added sincerity to it, love , patients and creativity so anyone who sees my jobs will commend and admire it...funny enough its the same wire, Clip and tools others use but DIFFERENT THINKING and FINISHING.

• Never abundant the totality of  your skills for any white collar job.

• Always remembered that people need more of skilful people
• Build your talents, skills and creativity always 
• Skill pay for life other jobs for a time been
• Invest in skills more than in wears.
• Your skills keeps and help you connect to quality people
• Skills brings daily pay why others are monthly
• No one can fire your skills except you.
