When it comes to Nigerian fashion, the name Zizi Cardow stands out like a tall Iroko tree in a forest of shrubs. Sizi Cardow founded "Zizi Industrial Clothing Company" in the year 2000, with the view to
globalizing the african fabric and designs so as to give rise to a
proudly Nigerian look.
Since starting out in 2000, her works have been featured in all local and many international media including CNN, FTV, SABC and Channel O.
After her first year of breaking into the Nigerian fashion scene, Zizi
won the prestigious designer of the year award at the Nigerian
fashion show in 2001.This award launched her designs into the African (South Africa) and European market (Italy, France and
Britain).
2002 ushered in a series of awards like DAME award for
outstanding achievement in fashion, an occasion graced by then
President And Commander In Chief Of The Federal Republic of
Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, St. Moritz style selection award
and the Imo state Chamber of Commerce award as an ambassador of fashion.
Added to her list of laudable achievement
was her as the only Nigerian representative to the fashion and art
exhibition in Milan tagged AFRICANDO, an occasion graced by the mayor of Milan, dignitaries and foreign ambassadors. Also in 2002, her fashion house staged a top-notch fashion show tagged

is a Broadcast Practitioner with over 2 decades work experience in the Nigerian Media Industry. She has a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication from the Ogun State Polytechnic.
Lanre-Anjola, an excellent team player, has worked extensively with several media organizations, (Radio and TV) amongst them, OGBC 2 FM, DBN TV, Lagos, Rainbow FM and Top Radio as a News Correspondent, Newscaster, News Producer, Script Writer, Radio Music show host as well as Producer/Presenter of political, entertainment, inspirational and family oriented programmes.
She is presently the Executive Director of her own Production Company, Bright Light Studios, located in Lagos, Nigeria with both Radio and TV programs independently produced and syndicated to stations across the country.
Bright Light Studios under Lanre-Anjola’s leadership also offers consultancy services in Presentation Training, Broadcast Staff Recruitment as well as Electronic/ Print Media Promotion. The Production outfit also organizes Lifestyle and Empowerment Workshops for women from all walks of life.

Ify Onyegbule is a Broadcast Journalist, Presentation Coach, Social critic, Publisher, Author and Activist on Women issues. Her experience spans 19 years across different Radio and TV stations in Nigeria. She has plied her trade with 96.9 Cool FM, Lagos, Radio Nigeria's Metro 97.6 FM, Africa’s largest Radio Network and was extensively involved in News Reading, Programme Production and Music Presentation.
She also had stints with Treasure FM in Port Harcourt, Capital FM, Abuja all under Radio Nigeria. As she left the Government owned stations, she forayed into the private stations again, venturing into and specializing in core Presentation and News reading with Radio Continental’s 102.3FM and Television Continental in Lagos.
Ify branched out in 2011 and established her own outfit Trueline Productions, a Media Organization responsible for providing content for both Radio and Television. She continued with packaging content for programmes on Radio Continental and the Breakfast show on Rainbow 94.1FM, Lagos. At the same time she began publishing a magazine Woman of Substance Nigeria, a follow up to the TV programme of the same name, where she interviewed over 1000 Nigerian women professionals. Her book, “Not between my Legs” is targeted at young women, it is a book about Tenacity, Hope and Determination in the course of pursuing a career, particularly in Broadcasting.
In 2014, she was engaged by the management of Rockcity FM. the 1st Independent Radio Station in Ogun state to consult as the Station Manager and during the period, she reorganized, revamped and repositioned the station’s programmes, redefining its status amongst its peers. This lasted for a year before she joined the consulting team of Radio Port Harcourt 91.7FM as its General Manager. The station rebranded and took on a new name WAVE FM in October 3, 2015. Her contract with the station ended December 27th, 2016 following which she relocated to Lagos, returning to her responsibilities at WASEI and WOS Magazine and TV. Presently she hosts a Popular Radio show The Daily Report on Star FM Lagos.
She devotes her spare time to talking with young people in higher institutions, giving speeches, Compering Corporate events, attending conferences and seminars aimed at impacting lives. Ekrah Ndungu is the CEO, Founder of the German Institute of Professional Studies, based in Nairobi, Kenya. She is also the Founder Ekrah Group LTD.

She is the recipient of the Education Mentorship award in Uganda 2017 organised by the One Million Mentors Mandate for her contribution in mentorship in the education sector in East Africa, the recipient of the most coveted Overall Future Leader of the year award 2019 in South Africa organised by the Global Business Roundtable for her contribution in youth empowerment in Africa. In August 2019 she was recognised by the Voice Achievers from the Netherlands for her efforts in youth empowerment in Africa and awarded the African Promising Career Award 2019 award!

When it comes to Nigerian fashion, the name Zizi Cardow stands out like a tall Iroko tree in a forest of shrubs. Sizi Cardow founded "Zizi Industrial Clothing Company" in the year 2000, with the view to
globalizing the african fabric and designs so as to give rise to a
proudly Nigerian look.
Since starting out in 2000, her works have been featured in all local and many international media including CNN, FTV, SABC and Channel O.
After her first year of breaking into the Nigerian fashion scene, Zizi
won the prestigious designer of the year award at the Nigerian
fashion show in 2001.This award launched her designs into the African (South Africa) and European market (Italy, France and
Britain).
2002 ushered in a series of awards like DAME award for
outstanding achievement in fashion, an occasion graced by then
President And Commander In Chief Of The Federal Republic of
Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, St. Moritz style selection award
and the Imo state Chamber of Commerce award as an ambassador of fashion.
Added to her list of laudable achievement
was her as the only Nigerian representative to the fashion and art
exhibition in Milan tagged AFRICANDO, an occasion graced by the mayor of Milan, dignitaries and foreign ambassadors. Also in 2002, her fashion house staged a top-notch fashion show tagged
“jungle Renaissance’’ which received rave reviews from both local and international critics in the fashion industry and set the
platform for the staging of ‘‘jungle renaissance reloaded’’ in 2006, by which time Zizi had become a household name.
In 2010, she celebrated ten (10) years in the Business of fashion on May 15th, 2010 and honoured by her hometown in 2011 as
she was conferred the title of Ada Ejiaga Mba1 of Isuikwuato in
recognition of her immense contributions towards the growth of
the community.

is a Broadcast Practitioner with over 2 decades work experience in the Nigerian Media Industry. She has a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mass Communication from the Ogun State Polytechnic.
Lanre-Anjola, an excellent team player, has worked extensively with several media organizations, (Radio and TV) amongst them, OGBC 2 FM, DBN TV, Lagos, Rainbow FM and Top Radio as a News Correspondent, Newscaster, News Producer, Script Writer, Radio Music show host as well as Producer/Presenter of political, entertainment, inspirational and family oriented programmes.
She is presently the Executive Director of her own Production Company, Bright Light Studios, located in Lagos, Nigeria with both Radio and TV programs independently produced and syndicated to stations across the country.
Bright Light Studios under Lanre-Anjola’s leadership also offers consultancy services in Presentation Training, Broadcast Staff Recruitment as well as Electronic/ Print Media Promotion. The Production outfit also organizes Lifestyle and Empowerment Workshops for women from all walks of life.
Her award winning Radio Talk Show, FAMILY LIFE is now in its 7th year and keeps impacting lives on Marriage, Parenting and Relationship issues. On the platform of FAMILY LIFE, Lanre-Anjola has become a much sought-after Speaker at Marriage and Youth Seminars all over the country.

2019 FUTURE WOMEN CONFERENCE COMPERE
Ify Onyegbule is a Broadcast Journalist, Presentation Coach, Social critic, Publisher, Author and Activist on Women issues. Her experience spans 19 years across different Radio and TV stations in Nigeria. She has plied her trade with 96.9 Cool FM, Lagos, Radio Nigeria's Metro 97.6 FM, Africa’s largest Radio Network and was extensively involved in News Reading, Programme Production and Music Presentation.
She also had stints with Treasure FM in Port Harcourt, Capital FM, Abuja all under Radio Nigeria. As she left the Government owned stations, she forayed into the private stations again, venturing into and specializing in core Presentation and News reading with Radio Continental’s 102.3FM and Television Continental in Lagos.
Ify branched out in 2011 and established her own outfit Trueline Productions, a Media Organization responsible for providing content for both Radio and Television. She continued with packaging content for programmes on Radio Continental and the Breakfast show on Rainbow 94.1FM, Lagos. At the same time she began publishing a magazine Woman of Substance Nigeria, a follow up to the TV programme of the same name, where she interviewed over 1000 Nigerian women professionals. Her book, “Not between my Legs” is targeted at young women, it is a book about Tenacity, Hope and Determination in the course of pursuing a career, particularly in Broadcasting.
In 2014, she was engaged by the management of Rockcity FM. the 1st Independent Radio Station in Ogun state to consult as the Station Manager and during the period, she reorganized, revamped and repositioned the station’s programmes, redefining its status amongst its peers. This lasted for a year before she joined the consulting team of Radio Port Harcourt 91.7FM as its General Manager. The station rebranded and took on a new name WAVE FM in October 3, 2015. Her contract with the station ended December 27th, 2016 following which she relocated to Lagos, returning to her responsibilities at WASEI and WOS Magazine and TV. Presently she hosts a Popular Radio show The Daily Report on Star FM Lagos.
She devotes her spare time to talking with young people in higher institutions, giving speeches, Compering Corporate events, attending conferences and seminars aimed at impacting lives. Ify loves spending time also with abandoned children at various orphanages, sharing love and gifts to mark her birthday (May 27)

Ekrah Ndungu is the CEO, Founder of the German Institute of Professional Studies, based in Nairobi, Kenya. She is also the Founder Ekrah Group LTD.
She holds an Essentials Business Skills Facilitation/coaching from ABMA Education UK, as well as a Leadership, Mentoring and Coaching from Alac (Advanced Leadership Academy, Cape town South Africa).
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Kenya Methodist University (2011-2013), a Diploma in Business Management from Kenya Methodist University (2010-2011), a Diploma in Computer Software from Graffins College and German Language from Goethe Institute and a fluent speaker in the same language, German.
Ekrah currently serves as the Secretary General of Kenya National Association of Private Colleges (KENAPCO). She also serves as a Member of TVET Sector Advisory Board Kenya Private Sector Alliance –(KEPSA), Education sector Board Committee Kenya Private Sector Alliance –KEPSA.
She is a member of the National Competency Based Education & Training CBET implementation committee member, and also a member of Mentors Network Africa, Women In Africa (WIA) & Women in Business Kenya, board member of Career Guidance Institute Board (CGI), Ngaru Girls Secondary school, Rukubi Primary school and a faculty in DTI Group ltd.
She is also a business committee member in RCTB banking self-help group, and recently in April 2019 signed an MoU to become Partner for Africa IMPACTpreneur & Executive Assistant Trainings with RiseAssist Dubai.
Ekrah is also a Partner with Cameron Ventor from Cape Town, South Africa focusing on leadership coaching. Over the years, she has mentored thousands of youths, her mentees are placed across the world with a majority living in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Dubai as well as America, & the great country Kenya.
She is definitely passionate about youth in our continent. She has done numerous TV, Radio interviews sharing knowledge, and spoken in several platforms in Education Plenaries at the World Congress in March 2019.
She holds an Ambassadorial Code of honor Award, as National Chairperson and peace Ambassador for Kenya, supporting United Nations development goals Vision 2030.
